Baking Gluten Free!

I am channeling my old baker roots and having a blast doing it! So many years in the bakery, back when the only time I ever heard about gluten was when ordering bread flour. Now , with so many people sensitive or allergic to gluten, the need for truly edible gluten free foods is  a major issue. I have discovered a fabulous formula for the best bread, chocolate cupcakes, sandwich bread, and more, all Gluten Free and all Delicious!!

 

I will be selling these products at The Stangl Farmer’s Market on Saturdays for now until forever, so come and get it!
