Roasted Brussels Sprouts~ It is truly unbelievable what 45 minutes in the oven can do to the much-maligned Brussels Sprout. They caramelize and transform into a surprisingly tasty treat.
Corn Pudding~ A mix of corn & red peppers in a custard-y base. I make it for my family every year….
Roasted Butternut Squash~Large chunks of squash roasted with apples, red onions and garlic….it’s the best!
Smashed Potatoes & Rutabagas~Smashed potatoes with a happy addition! The rutabagas give the potatoes an added delicious dimension…you have to try ’em!
My own Orange Cranberry Sauce~ sweet and tart together
